How does ordering work?
Upload a photo and a video, pay $13 once, and your print-ready file is ready immediately. Want it on the wall or the fridge too? Pick sizes and quantities before you pay and we print, encode and post it.
What do I need to make a Memory?
One photo and one video. Sign in to keep it in your account, and that's it.
Can I put more than one video on a picture?
No, a Memory plays one video. You can replace it any time from your dashboard, but replacing it deletes the old one, and every piece pointing at that Memory then plays whatever you uploaded last.
Is there a limit on video length?
Up to 10 minutes.
What are the delivery times?
Your orders page shows exactly where a piece is: received, made, or on its way.
How do I watch the video?
Scan the code on the print with any phone and the video plays, no app needed.
Do I need an app, or does watching cost anything?
No app, and it's free. Everything happens in your phone's own browser, the moment you scan the code or point the camera at the print.
How long does my Memory last?
Forever. You pay once and the video stays hosted: no expiry date, no renewal, nothing to top up. The QR keeps working and the link keeps playing for as long as there is a phone to scan it.
What happens to my video if bearlog disappears?
Your print is still a photograph, and your video is still yours. The print-ready file is handed to you on day one, and we tell every buyer to keep their own copy of the video too, because nothing that matters should have exactly one copy, including with us.
Can you animate an old photo?
Yes. Upload any photo, old or new, and a video, and we turn it into a Memory: a print with a code that plays the video, and on compatible phones, brings the photo to life when you point your camera at it.
What is a live photo QR code?
The code printed on your Memory. Scan it with any phone's camera and the video plays immediately, no app required. It's the same code that lets a compatible phone recognize the print and play the video directly over the photo.
