Terms

These terms cover bearlog.app and its cards, and memories.bearlog.app and its pieces. Same company, same account, one set of rules. By creating a page, making a Memory, placing an order, or using either service, you agree to them.

Your page and account

Your content stays yours. You give us permission to store, display, and process it only as needed to run your page and provide the service.

You are responsible for what you publish. Please make sure you have the right to use it and that it is accurate. Handles are first come, first served; we may reclaim one that impersonates someone, is held for resale, or breaks these terms.

Keep it safe and respectful

Do not use BearLog to harm people, break the law, or mislead others. In particular, do not post another person’s private information without permission, harass or threaten people, exploit children, spread malware or phishing links, sell illegal goods, or create pages in bulk for spam.

We may remove content, suspend an account, or reclaim a handle when needed to protect people or enforce these terms. If we can, we’ll tell you why. To report a page or appeal a decision, email report@bearlog.app.

Payments and cards

Prices are shown in Philippine pesos before you pay. Digital unlocks are available as soon as payment is confirmed, so they are not refundable for a change of mind. If you were charged twice, or paid and never got the unlock, or it does not work and we cannot fix it, tell us within 7 days and we’ll refund it.

Cards are made to order with your own content, so we do not take them back because you changed your mind. If yours arrives damaged, does not work, or is printed incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll replace it at our cost. If we cannot replace it, we refund it in full. Your consumer rights under Philippine law still apply. Full policy at bearlog.app/legal.

Memories

A Memory is one payment for one video slot and the pieces you ordered. The slot is yours to keep: you can change the video, the words, and the look whenever you like, and every piece carrying that code plays whatever is in it at the time.

The code is printed, so it cannot be changed afterwards. Anyone holding a piece, and anyone you send the link to, can watch without signing in. Treat the link as public. If you replace the video it changes for everyone at once, and if you delete the Memory the pieces stop playing.

Upload only what you have the right to upload. Where people are recognisable in a video, please have their agreement, and for a Memory about someone who has died, their family’s.

Pieces are made to order. The 7 day replacement above covers them too. One order holds up to 100 pieces; past that, place a second one.

Spotify

If you add a Spotify player, you also agree to Spotify’s Widget Terms of Use. Spotify controls its player and may change or stop it. See our Privacy page for how it affects visitors.

Availability and closing your account

We work to keep the service available, but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep a copy of anything important. You can unpublish your page or request account deletion at any time.

To the extent the law allows, BearLog is provided as is and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits rights the law says you keep.

Questions and changes
